G20 Summit 2023 Delhi Traffic Advisory, Delhi Police Service Live Updates: Delhi government has issued a gazette notification regarding the traffic restrictions that will be imposed before and during the G20 Summit. The restrictions will be placed at 00:00 hours on the intervening night of September 7 and 8 to 23:59 hours of September 10.

G20 Summit 2023 Delhi Traffic Advisory, Delhi Police Service Highlihhts: Delhi is all set to host the 18th G20 Summit on September 9 and 10 at Bharat Mandapam in Pragati Maidan. In wake of the summit, traffic advisories have been issued across NCR and schools, colleges and offices in the national capital have been closed for three days. Till Sunday, the Delhi Metro will start its services from 4 am to facilitate passengers. The entire area of New Delhi District is now “Controlled Zone-I” since 5 am on September 8 midnight of September 10. However, bonafide residents, authorised vehicles and emergency vehicles will be allowed to travel on the road network of New Delhi District, passengers travelling to and from Airport and Railway Stations will be facilitated via suggested routes after producing valid ticket and boarding pass, Government employees, media personnel, medical practitioners and para-medics will be facilitated on producing their Identity Proof. However, their movement will be subject to security restrictions on routes. There will be no effect on the Postal Services and the same will remain functioning as usual. Restrictions have been imposed on entry of vehicles coming from Noida and Gurugram towards Delhi borders. Entry of vehicles coming from Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad towards Delhi is being regulated or restricted from Thursday night.Heavy security checks are being conducted in New Delhi District. Delhi Metro Timings During G20 Summit
Delhi Metro train services will start from 04:00 AM from terminal stations of all lines for three days i.e, from September 8 to 10 during the G20 Summit. This change in timings has been made to facilitate the general public, police personnel and staff from other assisting agencies deployed to maintain security, law and order, traffic arrangements etc. for the Summit on Saturday and Sunday.The trains will run with a frequency of 30 minutes on all Delhi Metro lines till 06:00 AM.
