I had the worst experience ever !! The nail tech was very dismissive & rude. I asked for square blue nails no designs. He kept insisting that I should & I said no. He made my nails extremely short & I asked him to please slow down because he was doing my nails so fast I can tell he was just trying to get my out of the chair super fast & I hate it my experience. I asked the girl in the front to please tell him to stop making my nails so short & she was also dismissive. Please do better this is bad I hate my nails theyre so bulky & crooked.

These people are rude and they will skip the typical nail service steps when doing your fill in. I told the person in charge that my nail tech did not buff my nails at all… he just simply polished them, He didn’t even ask me to go wash my hands… the person in charge tried to convince me that he did buff my nails . Critical:Cleanliness,ProfessionalismThe man who was serving me got frustrated when I ask to see the nail polish samples (maybe he thought I was going to change my mind which I wasn’t) He then told me “get out of my chair Im not doing your nails” and no one spoke up, the manager didn’t pull him to side or ask me what happen.
